4 Bit down counter with reset charge sharing logic

hi friends

i have to deisng a 4 bit down counter with reset using charge sharing logic in CMOS . but i didnt anything about chrge sharing logic in CMOS on internet . so i want some help from u guys in this regard.

Perhaps with CCD(Charge Coupled Device) logic?
