555 Low power Consumption Timer Circuit modification

Circuit should do the same as original circuit in first post, except that it should have push button connected to ground instead of +12V.
That is not an answer. What is the circuit in post #1 supposed to do? You have an astable multivibrator (oscillator) connected to a relay coil, with NO component values for the circuit. We can only guess at what the circuit is supposed to do because you have not said anything about it.

What is the circuit supposed to do?
How is it supposed to function.
What is it doing before the button is pressed?
What is it doing while the button is pressed?
What does it do when the button is released?
