Advise needed for running LED lights from a powerbank

Yes, I was referring to a switch with a light in the same housing. Those are often called illuminated swtiches.

Most latching switches have a mechanical latch, so one push to turn on and one to turn off. Most pull-cord light switches work like that.

The ebay switch should work, if it is a latching switch as it says. It only has two pins, which is all you need.

Excellent thank you.
I'm going order that one.
Still waiting for my aluminium profile. Itching to put it all together.

I finally got around to putting this together, but only 5 of the bulbs light up.
I know my wiring/soldering is very messy.
Any ideas why?

The wires from the USB plug should go to the red and black wires and not to the first LED. (The black wire does connect to the LEDs, so you will be connecting to both)

I've circled where they should go.
