Well, after reviewing this post and the poll I have decided that an off topic forum would be a good idea. I have created a forum called ****-Chat where people can meet and chat about anything (so long as it meets the guidelines).

Over the next month it will be watched carefully and if it is more trouble that its worth then it will end up in the trash can
