Hmm; usually I hate it when people answer questions here by telling you "just Google it". But I did a Google search using the terms "analog multiplier circuit schematic" and got lots of results, including this one (from EDN, Electronic Design News) among the first few hits
Here's another interesting one, used to maximize output from solar panels by computing their power (which of course is V * I).
By the way, why would you even consider using a 741 for an op-amp? That's just so antiquated.
