This came with assorted parts from an estate sale. Its a AT-11 Accessory Interface for a ICOM IC-706 to active tuning sequence from the front panel tune button. It appears to be unused but I have no need for it. If you send me a prepaid insulated envelope you can have it. Comes with 4 pages of instructions that I found online.
