Jon Wilder Active Member Oct 13, 2011 #1 Can someone refer me to programming hardware that will program the AT89S series of Atmel uC's?
R rushi53 Member Oct 13, 2011 #2 As per my knowledge, AT89S series microcontroller does not require external hardware to program it. It has an inbuild ISP (In System Programmer) Microcontroller pin no 6, 7, 8, 9 and Gnd.
