plz help i need a sensor or a circuit to detect
the state of the Brake pedal position
of the car is it on /off
can i use a push button to perform that task
(push button connected to the Brake pedal of the car
when the driver presses the Brake pedal he also
pushes the push button and sends an
interrupt to a micro controller )
plz help?

When you press the brake pedal the brake lights come on so theres some wire there thats sends a signal to them, tap off that?

The brake pedal switch in cars normally closes to ground (chassis) when released.

When the brake pedal is in the full UP position the switch is depressed opening contacts.

If you want to use e.g. +12V mount a second switch connected to the battery.

Or use an optoisolator on one of the feeds to the rear brake lights.

P.s. please don't post the same question multiple times on the forum.
