Buck IC; 90V-10V, 100mA

Is there a buck IC, something similar to the LM5008, but with a lower fet current limit than 500mA?

Thanks, the LM5009 is the one.
From the datasheet its difficult to work out whether the set off time only happens if the current limit is exceeded, or does the set off time always occur?
