building of a puls width modulation buck chopper with a power factor capacitor

hello ,i want to build a circuit that control the speed of a dc motor using Pulse width modulation with a buck chopper structure. please i need some one to suggest me the circuit diagram. thanks
 
What is you power source? 220VAC 60 hz?

what is the DC motor voltage and current?

Please explain you understanding of "power factor capacitor".
