How can I calculate or measure an unknown inductance knowing all other circuit values?

Build the circuit as an oscilator. The output frequency will varry depending on the inductor value. If you put a known inductor in you can use it to measure capacitance as well.

Get a sine wave oscillator, and put the inductor and a resistor* in series across the output.
Adjust the oscillator frequency until the voltage across the inductor and the voltage across the resistor is equal.

The inductance can be calculated from Z = 2 * pi * f * L.

*You have to try different values of resistor
