circuit using ADC (took your advice)

The ADC's refernce voltage is 1.25V (internal reference voltage it receives from MCU).
I'll set R1,R2 to have ADC_input equals to 1.1V when NTC reaches 70 celsius degrees, any by software i'll power-down the system when i read that ADC's input is equal to are above 1.1V.

Do you see any problems with this design?
