One possible reason, you didn't do this.

EDIT:
Wiring and component errors.

Why have you changed the names of the files.??

What have you named the asy file.?? and where is located.??

The left hand image you posted is not an error, double click the Vhigh = 10 and change it to 5

Did you run the original zipped files as a test ?? and did it work OK.?

hi;
I've tested your circuit and it works, but when I used my circuitry I get a constant output.
I do not know why?

hi,
I have corrected your Vhigh for U1, U2 and U3 as I explained in my post #22 and your circuit works.

The Vhigh for the Internal LOGIC IC's must be set the same as your Vs supply ie: 5V

EDIT:
Do you know how to do that.??

Hi,
can you upload the circuit as Zip??
Thanks

hi,
Zipped.

NOTE:
Its now Version m2, so keep all these files together, while you are testing.

Use LM331rjaj2.asc to run

Hi eric,
Thank you already for your help I will test the circuitry tomorrow with proper values and see if I get the same value with the oscilloscope
