Is anyone interested in a collection of about 115 RCA, Motorola and National 1970s to early 80s era metal can op amps and comparators.

All are NOS and some have the plastic carrier. All have straight leads. Some have slight damage on the last 1/8" of the leads because they were stored on the black static dissipative foam that decomposed around them. If you're mounting into a PCB, it's not a problem and only a few are damaged.

25 - CA3140T (about 25, I don't want to empty the case)
1 - CA3140E
6 - CA3140S
9 - CA741 and LM741
2 - MC1456
2 - MC1458
4 - MC1439
2 - MC1436
1 - MC301 (plus two more DIP version)
2 - CA307 (plus one DIP version)
3 - CA308 (plus three DIP version)
4 - CA747 (plus two DIP)
17 - LM311 (about 17, I don't want to empty the box)
6 - MC1709
1 - NE540
1 - OP07
1 - N5556
1 - CA3080 (transconductance amplifier)
1 - CA3070
1 - CA3028

Let me know if you want any or all of them and shoot me a price. High bidder takes all if multiple people want the whole kit. I'll keep bidding open until Dec 15.

If you buy them all, you get a vintage polystyrene box with the Zenith lightning bolt logo on it (the lid is slightly rippled by solvent or heat at the front edge but logo not damaged).

Cheers.

That is quite a collection! And in a metal can!

Unfortunately I am also in the “disbursing old stuff”, and cannot bid for the whole collection, but I do hope that you find a good home for them.

EDIT: If you can’t dispose of them all, come back again here, and perhaps I could purchase a few.

Hi,
Is there a thread where anyone could ask for an old part/s, as I've got loads of old components, that will most likely be thrown away, as it takes time to itemise them as Z did.

First, this seems to be the sub forum for all buy, sell, ask, trade, ...

Second, I didn't do the itemization, a grandson did it for $5 - I hope it's accurate.
