Collision Avoidance circuits using ATmega 16

i need help for making collision avoidance system for my robot

I though we just did.... There are thousands of robotic sites, all with example codes...(most wheel based robots have collision systems inside).

HAs Any One Work On ULtrasonic Sensors EZ0-EZ4.....

ultrasonics are more accurate for distance

Ir is simpler, as it is just a switch ie on/off

if your ultrasonic is anything similar to the one i got:

then using the sensor is as easy as decoding pwm, since the sensor outputs pwm pulses relative to distance
