Component E2F3P

Hi guys, I have a component here called an E2F3P and its on a circuit board taken out of a chinese toy. I want to replicate this circuit, but do not know what and where to get a E2F3P. It looks like a MOSFET or SCR without the heat sink.

Then draw the circuit out and decide what it does - I suspect you have little hope on that particular number (probably an in-house number?).
