could someone give me the name of this please??

I have two speakers here and one of them has like protection on this wire (circled in red) and the other one doesn't could someone tell me the name of it, please?? also do you think it's necessary to buy some of it to put on the wire which currently doesn't have it on??

It's called 'foam rubber'. It's of little consequence, and if it's not fitted on one wire then it's not needed (it's only to help prevent rattling).
