Count down timer circuit

Hello there!
I'm working on a project now and one of its integral part is using a count down timer circuit which displays the hour, minutes and seconds and I want to use TTL IC's and common anode 7 segment LED since I have it already.

Have you done a search for "Counters", Count down timers, etc.?

There have been plenty of them discussed in the past in this forum.
