There's some information regarding getting RS232 out of a non-RS232 equipped meter at the following link. If you look in the comments section there are some resources created by people that have reverse engineered the protocol of their meters.

I got the protocol.

Now, I need help to create a program in EXCEL/VBA to capture on line the data coming from the multimeter.

According to protocol, it is necessary to send the code "55H 55H 00H 00H AAH" every time you want to get a multimeter reading.

I tested this code using Realterm (https://sourceforge.net/projects/realterm/files/latest/download?source=files) and it worked.

Could you help me to write a program in EXCEL/VBA to capture online the data coming from the multimeter ?
