what is the theory behind why there is a DC component receiver coil? when the transmitter transmits AC signal with DC component does is it also receive ac signal with dc component?

Why DC offset is imposed by the receiver circuit?

Because only AC component transmits - you cannot (physics don't allow) transmission of a DC anything.

Is that the actual voltage? When i meausure the output of the rectifier i also got 24v.

The actual voltage of what?, and DC voltage might, or might not, have some relation to the incoming signal - again, everything depends. entirely on the design. However, 24V seems rather high for a radio receiver?.
