Debonding Superglue Threadlock

If I cut to the left to avoid the the big screws holding the motor to the alignment plate, I end up cutting through a weld on the opposite side that is not shown). The weld is what holds the plate facing the alignment plate to the motor housing.

Huzzah! My iron lights up now...I guess it wans't completely dry. I had to hold it in front of a hair dryer for a while

Phew!....thank God for that...Thought we were going to have yet another disaster in the same thread. At least your hair dryer works perfectly!
