digital clock problem

hi i am beginner using multisium i want to develop a 24 hoursdigital clock i am not able to reset at 23 in hours for mater reset of clock i am able to reset sec and min can u pls help me how to reset at 23 hours and can u explain why it not stars from 0 in all i have attachet multisium file can u rectify the clock and give me the correct file and pls do necessary corrections needed to make the clock work
