Hi,
For a school project, we are trying to connect two 555's to make one 556.
Trouble is, neither of us has much experience with electronics and we don't have a clue how to make it work... Can anybody help us?

A 556 is simply two 555's in the same encapsulation, just connect the correct pins to the correct places - not forgetting to connect the supply to both chips.

Is this turned out to bee a drawing competition? :D

Ah, you did a mistake there. You saved as jpg (blurry ugly rendering) so I'm still ahead of you :p
Also, my drawing has smoot fine edges :D

Don't worry! Be happy! :D Correct info is all that counts! :)

I didn't discover a mistake in Transistorman's circuit, but I must admit it hurts my eyes.
