Dual view

Hi guys, i stumbled on this cool cite while googling a particular project. pls pardon me if this has been discussed before. i'm working on a project i call, splitter, it's actually suppose to allow me use just one card with more than one tv decoder (dual view). i currently used relays to switch between decoders but its slow and the pictures freezes. any idea on what i should do.
