Hi Stonex the circuit that you posted has a lot of problems with it, set the component values again, the input to the bottom part is grounded so no input voltage will be present. I couldnt edit your circuit since i dont have ARES installed and it wouldnt let be delete any component otherwise. I am uploading a sample circuit of a 5V supply using the 7805 (i havent calculated the component values so please overlook those). What you can do is either follow my circuit or add yours to it. If you have any questions then come again k.
PS: I saw that you havent changed the voltage on the transformer secondary. Do that by changing the Coupling Factor in the component properties.
Wond3rboy , i don't know how i missed that , i fixed these errors , and followed your circuit which helped me a lot .
so i changed the coupling factor until i got the voltage i wanted (12vac )
i decided to start making it from scratch , so it would be much easier to correct , and testing the output at each step . so when i added the 4 diodes ( the bridge ) i think that the output rectified ac voltage should be
(( the secondary voltage (12vac) * 1.414 ( Square root of two ) - 0.7 * 4 ( voltage drop across the 4 diodes ) ))
so its 16.9 - 2.8 = 14.1 vac , ( correct me if I'm wrong )
but it varies a little some times , ( CPU clock , ram , don't know )
when i add a capacitor "the reservoir" , the output after the capacitor is Zero , and the output after the secondary changed from about 12vac to 9 vac or any other value depending on the value of the capacitor i added .
I'm trying to figure out whats the problem here , so what do you think ?.

BTW , you mean ISIS , by Ares , right .
Thanks wond3rboy for you time and help .
