Hi

When I was younger we had a program called Electronic Workbench. You could draw you diagram on it and then run it. Measure volts amps ect. Do you still get programs for this? Did google abit but didn't really get anything.

Electronics simulator

Electronics Workbench is now called MultiSim. If you were familiar EWB you will find MultiSim quite a bit different but certainly learnable. You can find info about it at: https://www.ni.com/academic/multisimse.htm
We use it routinely in our electronics classes.

ltspice is better then multisim if you want to simulate analog ckts using transistors casue it gives u a complete analysis. i did use ewb 512 but found it to be too incorrect in the values.

EWB also tended to stall too easilly.
