the preamp chip, or the SCR?
 
Actually its VOGAD (Voice Operated Gain Adjusting Device), I could not find the distributor and also it has less features. And now i am also looking for the similar functionality ICs with the Digital implementation.
Has anybody came across this kind of IC?
