You can't download it seperately - as least not a version that's modern enough to be of any use.
As you have one machine which runs it OK, try copying the directory which holds MPASM other to the Win95 machine - it includes both DOS and Windows versions of MPASM, and (hopefully) won't require any DLL's installed elsewhere - worth a try anyway, although you could always use the DOS version.

Mpasmwin.exe. Found it in the MPLAB directory on the other pc. Will, copy it to the other pc with the programmer attached. Never used MPASM before, is its main function to assemble .asm's, into .hex's, so another programming software can open it, to, burn the chip. I'm assuming this is the main function.

Ordered development board. Will order psu, chips, and discretes for the circuit this weekend. Hopefully, week, my fingers will be hot. Ding dang doo. can't wait.
