Some datasheet making me confuse like BF256, specially from Fairchild. When I tried to know about BF256, datasheet just told me that it's N-FET UHF amplifier. By asking another engineer I knew it's actually a N Channel JFET. And datasheet do not say about its maximum frequency. What is the reason behind it? (When I got Motorola datasheet, I got both info anyway)
