Find cct to match desired TF

Hi,

I have an ideal transfer function that I require from some circuits. Is it possible for me to work back from this TF and come up with a cct?

To be more precise:

TF = 1 + s/(2*pi*f)

where: f~15e6

How can I replicate this TF using circuit components if at all?
