FLIP FLOP circuit (into CAR - drived by impuls from servo motor)

Hi,

looking for help with this circuit.

Want to build custom circuit which will switch on when the servo motor goes up and switch off when the servo motor goes down.

I have this schema.

Problem is, that when it goes to SWITCHED ON, it last for few minutes in this state and than it SWITCHED OFF without an impuls to do it. Aftar that, it will SWITCH ON only during the impulse last, after that it goes SWITCH OFF. (it dont hold the SWITCHED ON state). Have to unplug it from the +12V source.

it is powered by car battery. The impuls comes from servo motor, which unlock the car.
