Flyback Converter 6v boosted to 40v

All u need is a Transformer any kind should do a capacitor, diode and a thing to make pulses like a switch, 555 timer chip etc **broken link removed**
just replace the switch with something that will make pulses. Here's my youtube video of it.

Well done Delphijustin. The 40volts is more likely related to the magnetic saturation of the transformer though, an air core flyback in this situation would generate massive voltages, but you sacrifice current, and efficiency.

Again well done.
