German V1 and V2 control systems and electronics discussion

The V2 Rocket had a DC to AC dinamo generator that converted battery voltage to 27 volts AC, 500 Hz.
That is interesting.
I would assume that the V2, which was significantly more complex than a V1, would require some sort of power supply.

There was still a lot of mechanical things on the V2. A mixture of 30 lbs Sodium Permangate + water and 380 lbs Hydrogen Peroxide provide steam to power the turbo pumps that pumped 9 tons of fuel from the 2 tanks into the rocket engine in 60 seconds. The rocket weight is 14 tons it fired up with 10 tons of thrust for a 3 seconds. Once engine is running good the plug in wires on the side of the rocket released. When wires released thrust went to full power. After launch it took the V2 10 seconds to reach full speed. Rocket launched straight up then rotated to a 42 degree angle. Fuel was all used up in 60 seconds. The rocket was 60 miles up moving at 3000+ mph when it ran out of fuel. After fuel was gone the gyros and magnetic compass kept V2 on target. It was down hill all the way to the target and accurate within a few miles. They aimed at the center of London if they missed by 3 miles it still hit London it was a big city. V2 & V1 were not accurate enough to take out any military targets.

At that time the Generals (on both sides) believe that if you killed enough Civilians the other country will serener.
At that time the Generals (on both sides) do not care how many of their Civilians died.

Data: V1 & V2 along with the bombing of large towns that have not military value.
