Help Identifying Chips.

Yes I know, I probably didnt explain that right, when I've checked processors I've not had a problem scopeing the xtal pins, I have had oscs stop when its been an overtone.
Probably because the capacitance of the scope probe damps the circuit, considering the o/p drops every harmonic.
