Help, my power went out and came back at 70v, I think it hurt my iSpring UV ballast for 11W lamp. The electronics look good but it just doesn’t light up or for that matter the ballast ON LED doesn’t even come on.
How would you go about testing some points to see where the fault might lie?
I have a feeling the initial 110v - ….. electronics is affected and may just be a simple replacement of a few part will fix it. Any guidance would be super appreciated . Thank you community.
