help

hiya folks ,a friend said to look to you guys for help so here goes ,recently bought a car with sat nav that doesnt work ,opened it up only to find that the flat wiring tape has parted company with the connection and also part has snapped where can i take this for repair and is it possible to repair ,the unit is an ADZEST model vac-404 possibly made in 1997 or slightly earlier,adzest models were made by clarion i would be very gratefull if someone could give advice ,cheers mo
