There is no such thing as a coil that is tuned to a certain frequency. A capacitor must be used with a coil to tune it. A coil and a capacitor is a tuned circuit.

The tuned circuit can be with the coil and capacitor in series then they are a low impedance at resonance. they can be in parallel then they are a high impedance at resonance.
 
In theory the coil can be any inductance, the resonant frequency is determined by the capacitor connected in parallel with it.
