how to address the Microcontroller interfaced with Logic devies

how to address the AT89S51 Microcontroller interfaced with Logic devices.

I want to switch some load connected to microntroller through Logic devices(with shift register logic which i made up a logic circuits).

can somebody give C program basic programs to interface the logic devices & external memories.

All the information required on how to access external memories and hence logic are in the PDF file for the AT89S51. The code itself is going to be completly dependant on the timeing charactoristics of your external interface which you have supplied no information on.
