How to get +12V 0V -12V from DC12V ?

I have an Amplifier that requires +12V 0V -12V power supply. I want to fix this to my car. My car has a 12V battery. How can I do this.(Amplifier requires 2A of current)

wouldnt it be easier to use an amplifie that uses 12vdc?

Just configure a buck converter for negative output. This app note tells you exactly how to do it.
