How to identify a screen part for repair ?

Hello guys. I'm a complete noob in electronics. I'd like to repair my child Lunii's (a "story box"), basically an audio player that allows the childs to choose between several options the places, characters, objects of the story, and then play a story according to the choice of the child. There is a screen that display the selected option before each choice. The Lunii fell and the screen is now broken.
I'd like to repair it (probably just have to change the part, because the lunii still works perfectly fine) but I can't manage to identify the part/order it online. Do you have any advice for identifying this part ?

The measures are H42 mm W60mm P about 2mm except there is a foam sticked at the rear part of the screen, which adds 3mm.

References wrote on the connectors ; FPC-B0240095AV1

Lunii version 3

But I think it's more the connector's reference than the screen itself. It has 12 pins, but on the side of the screen, there is a small 96 written. The screen looks like an LCD screen (again, I'm a complete noob), and is black and white in its functionning.

Any help is greatly appreciated !!! Many thanks and have a great day !

Didn't though about looking in LBC, found some vendors who sell parts, may be I'll be lucky. Will let you know, but it stills bothers me to be unable to identify this part, I highly doubt it is a private part made by lunii, it's probably generic since it is a pretty small company and they probably don't build their own parts

This one is sold, but I found several people who are selling Lunii parts. Will try to find a V3 screen, because according to one of the resellers, they are not compatible. If I can't, I will disassemble the screen and look further. Thank you
