is there any way to read a frequency of tone generator using pic16f84A.
if there is please let me know the website which have the code.Thanks.

If you search on google for (+PIC +frequency +counter) there are loads of PIC frequency counters, MicroChip even have an old application note (easily converted for the 16F84).
 
Otherwise if you are talking about telephone dial tones you can just buy an IC that does the decoding and tells you the number in a digital format.
