I'm building a simple class-F PA, which uses BJT as a switch.
I'd like to firstly simulate the optimum Bias point for which Efficiency is max.
What kind of simulation shall I perform?
the transistor acts as a switch, so it's biased beyond cutoff. i don't think it's as much a biasing issue as it is an impedance issue. the goal is to generate huge amounts of odd harmonics, and eliminate the even harmonics. here's a pdf on how E/F amps work https://www.electro-tech-online.com/custompdfs/2012/03/eecs242_class_EF_PAs.pdf
