i need translate this code tio use in 16f628

if possible?
i need one press key and pic return low nivel for press next key after xx miliseconds
simulate a data host return to keyoard.

You need to be much clearer in your requirement and you need to provide a wiring diagram of the key (or keys) you are using.
You also need to provide details of the output device or devices so we can provide the assembly code for you.
This only needs a PIC12F629 - 8 pin chip for a simple task like this.
