hyperterminal to send data to microcontroller

Hello,
I am trying to use hyperterminal to send data from PC to microcontroller ATmega32.
But I am not able to find the setting in hyperterminal to achieve this. If anybody has any info, pls share.

I don't know about hyperterminal settings, but if you're running Windows on your computer you can try **broken link removed**. It's free and you just need to choose baud rate and comm port.
Also check this **broken link removed**.
