I'm having a problem finding a replacement for this weekend..

Long story short it's in a power conditioner and it was connected to a generator when I was adjusting the governor and I saw my voltage meter shoot to 180Vac and it was too late.. the PC has a total of 3 MOV's for the outlets..

For those in the U.S. radio shack has a MOV but they don't list specs..

What I got from the other good (or reduced function) was the specs of it but I'm having a hard time finding one online.

printed on the MOV is this:

I'm trying to understand one thing.. clamping voltage.. is that when the device starts to shunt any extra voltages to ground?
