I can't find an icd2 bootloader

I'm interested in making my own icd2 but I can't find the bootloader for a 16f877

do any of you know where to find it?

It's installed as part of MPLAB - check the threads elsewhere in this forum, such as https://www.electro-tech-online.com/threads/icd2-compatable-pcb-layout.22349/?highlight=inchworm

the file mentioned in that thread is BL10101.HEX

the only file similar to that in my icd2 directory is
C:\Program Files\Microchip\MPLAB IDE\ICD2\BL010101.hex

is it the same file with a different name?

I would have thought it's probably a typo in the thread!.
