i need help for mobile phone detector with battery detection !!!

i need to build a circuit for mobile phone detector ( sniffer ) but i found same circuits that my friends have, so i have some idea for do different, that i need to join mobile phone lithium ion battery sensor or detector....


or can someone help me to build wide range detector that detects over a few meters....

Your Engrish is not clear.
What do you want to do with the Lithium battery? You will not be able to detect it. The detector circuit detects radio waves from a mobile phone if it can detect all the frequencies it uses.
