I would like to create a light to use over my billiard table to line up the balls during a rack.

Currently I am using a 12 volt cable light system for lighting over the table that I would like to use if possible.

Does anyone know where or if I can find a 12 volt laser light that I might be able to make use of? Ideally there would be 3 points but I may have to go with just two, the head ball and the back ball (so it could be used for 8 or 9 ball), to line up the balls and rack perfectly every time.

Thanks

You can buy LASER diodes on Digikey, and for the voltage, you could use a Zener diode to regulate the 12 volts down to the LASERs operating voltage.
