Interrupt Not Working For RF Receiver

Hi Thanks All Of You For Your Help I Actually Printed All The Timer Values n Found using another RF receiver "from a CAR locking system which was 434Mhz" and found that timer values were not wat i was using now code is working well.
the reset issue was with the original receiver i got with remote that is too noisy i tried again to use that but again reset problem kindly if someone could help me removing noise..
