j-k flip flop

I have a bit knowledge on how j-k flip flop works and were currently discussing it on my school but I still dont get this one.
how does the counting goes back to zero"0" when it hits to "9"?
can some help me explain this one. ( :

Look where pins 4 and 5 are connected on the 7408 AND gate.

On your circuit diagram, you should have the outputs labeled A, B, C, D, not D, C, B, A to be consistent with the way that the they are normally labeled, such as here:-

Also, don't bother with the power and ground lines on a logic diagram.
